this thing SUCKS, in a good way. Everytime I open the door (once per month) I have a ton of dust of dug fur on the mesh filter. I can't confirm if it actually helps but it definitely tells me when my cooking is getting too oily lol the light turns red and it ramps up the fans

I have a couple air purifiers in my house. Much prefer this one to my Lavoit (cylinder trash can looking one). I don't bother setting this purifier to the mode where it adjusts based on air quality, this thing can be kind of loud on high. I just run this all day long on the medium speed; don't hear it and haven't had any problems.

I have one of these that I apparently bought at the all time low price in November of 2019. It's still going strong. I've changed the filters a few times (probably far less frequently than is recommended), and I've had no issues with it. It's probably time to get a second one for another room.

I have one running almost all the time. Paid $100 for it though, I thought $150 was closer to normal price?
