The biggest difference is - I do it with $5 buds from Aliexpress and they work just fine for years.
What is this $200 nonsense? Even with $99 price tag it's ridiculous

They're not just bluetooth earbuds. They come with a sleep mode where they turn off bluetooth. That extends their runtime from 4-5hrs to up to like 20hrs on a single charge. And in that mode, they'll play white/brown noise of your choice all through the night in case you're like me and are a light sleeper and need to drown out the rest of the world to get some shut-eye. Especially helpful if you're traveling, or sleeping in a room with people who snore.
In the past, I've carried around large white noise makers, and/or worn uncomfortable earplugs just to get some sleep while traveling or staying with friends. The price tag is a lot but there's nobody else who makes a product like this and I'm at the point in my life where a good night's rest is invaluable.

No brown noise and not working without Bluetooth. I guess if you need constant noise canceling you might want to pay extra.
My use case is just something babbling in my ear so I fall asleep, Anker is overkill for me.
Understood and thank you for explanation 👍
