This bike is probably not a great bike for anyone. The seat isn't the right shape for pedalling. The 250W hub motor likely doesnt have the torque to climb hills without the rider pedaling. The knobby tires will reduce range.

So its not configured for pedaling and its not powerful enough to be an e-scooter except for young kids, and young kids are not a good candidate for mopeds.

Reminder that in NJ its now illegal for anyone without a license to ride an ebike of any kind on public roads.
