Uhh, the button on the right side of the unit turns off the neon light. Have you tried pushing it?

Does this turn off when you turn off the car when you leave it in the adapter? Got one of these but had to take it out every time because it would say on with the led station showing.

Wow I haven't used an FM transmitter in over 20 years! Back then, they didn't work the best.

That is a good question. And it depends on your car or suv or truck. If you 9V stays on even when your car is turned off then it will stay on if your 9v goes off when you turn off your car then it will stay off.

What make, model, year is your car? And ask gemini.

Still like the flexmart brand that extends out for cars that have the outlet deep inside

I recently tried one of these (not this brand) in my '99 4Runner - the sound quality was garbage and the volume was half of what it should be.

Is there a chance this one actually sounds decent?

Would a cassette to Bluetooth adapter have better audio quality than this?

My old Odyssey has BT 4.2 and it doesn't allow YouTube audio to stream via the speakers.
Would this work?

These newer ones work a lot better than they should. Using a similar one in my 2005 Toyota van and it's crazy how clear the streaming is. The speakerphone even works very well.

The issue I recently ran into is that they are powered via a USB cable. But most tape decks, when you insert the tape, it drops into the player. The cord would interfere with that mechanism and it would auto-eject. So I found the cassette style completely unusable.
