They won't give you the rebate. Look at all the recent posts on other thread. They play games, make up random problems that didn't happen and make you wait months

Edit: Some of you replied you keep screenshots and always get yours. I'm not new to this. I've done it before also. This time they really put up a fight and gaslighted me. They even resubmitted my rebate and created a new entry ID offer after the one I applied for was supposedly ineligible, the new one is currently still pending after two weeks. I signed up beginning of Dec....

Agreed! Shitty ass practices! Verizon is the same, never got my free Meta Quest 3S. Returned the gateway and they still charged me for the service and the gateway! Customer service is awful, they don't do their job, they say they'll get everything fixed and just keep you on hold!

I'm on the 30 dollar plan getting 300 down 100 up w/ a waveform external antenna.
Is that modem/antenna something that T-Mobile provides or did you have to get it on your own?

Is there a minimum contract length? Why not just sign up for the period of time that the gift card covers?

I wouldn't say top tier. As I remember, which was a couple of years ago in the DFW area, I got maybe 200-300mbps at the highest for $50/mo. I don't remember what plan it was. But that worked well for me other than the phone over internet issue. I've since switched to Frontier 500/500 for about $30/month and that's been much better...with 3 year guaranteed price and I'm about 6 months into that.
agreed! I tried it a few years ago since spectrum had an outage almost weekly in DFW. I had to place it near a window and got around 200-300 also. However the latency was not good so the ring doorbell had issues and every couple days it just stopped working but the display and app said all was good. Had many calls with their tech support which got nowhere so I gave up. Switched to Frontier 500/500 and have only had like 2 outages in 3 years.

I think inherently latency is worse on wireless like this vs fiber options . Even if they can match download speeds well. Also upload speed not as good from what I understand

Just an fyi, Tmobile home internet is QCI9. This is lower than Metro and even mobile users who are tethering data.

Priority wise, you will be dead last.
