They won't give you the rebate. Look at all the recent posts on other thread. They play games, make up random problems that didn't happen and make you wait months

Edit: Some of you replied you keep screenshots and always get yours. I'm not new to this. I've done it before also. This time they really put up a fight and gaslighted me. They even resubmitted my rebate and created a new entry ID offer after the one I applied for was supposedly ineligible, the new one is currently still pending after two weeks. I signed up beginning of Dec....

Agreed! Shitty ass practices! Verizon is the same, never got my free Meta Quest 3S. Returned the gateway and they still charged me for the service and the gateway! Customer service is awful, they don't do their job, they say they'll get everything fixed and just keep you on hold!

If you live next to a school or large workplace, be prepared to be at dial up speeds during working hours when the tower is overloaded. It's fine in the evening.

We all choose our own battles. I chose to waste no more of my valuable time or thoughts on the issue. Made zero real world difference that the $ was in the form of a credit to my account. In fact, it made things easier since I didn't have to wait potentially weeks for a credit card that might never come. I could see the credit on my account immediately. Had I not been a (happy) cell customer, I'd have obviously chosen a different path. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
it is also available as a virtual card

Just chatted with T-Mobile representative, I was told that public IP address is assigned to T-Mobile device but my own router behind it will not have it, implying there is no way to use T-Mobile device similarly to a cable modem. Meaning my router will not be visible from outside. Too bad if this is the case. Is this true?

My rebate was also got declined initially but I called them and asked why it was denied and they said it was some problem in their system and after keeping me on hold for some time they finally fixed it and the new rebate status showed up on their website.

So any word on when you'd actually get the rebate or did they basically just gaslight you?

And that virtual card balance can be sent ACH to a bank account. I was very (pleasantly) surprised by that.

I'm on the 30 dollar plan getting 300 down 100 up w/ a waveform external antenna.
Can you share which waveform you have and which T-Mobile receiver you're using ? I have a G5AR or something like that. I'd like to use the waveform as well, just looking for advice, thanks!

Signed up for the $300 promo with the One-Month-On-Us promotion back in Dec 2025. They messed up on the One-Month-On-Us promotion. After 2 months, I had to call customer service and they had to manually credit me for a free month of service.

After waiting the 14 weeks specified in their fine print, I called today to ask about my $300 VISA. They said it had been denied for not meeting the requirements, but the customer service agent was confused because I was in the All-In plan and my account was in good standing. They transferred me over to the promotions rebate team which confirmed that I was eligible and that I would be receiving an email in about a week with a link to redeem my VISA.

Now here's the rub, I was told that I need to keep the internet plan active to redeem it since it uses the account associated gateway cell number for confirmation. Now the new billing cycle starts in a few days, meaning I have to pay for another month of service. Maybe if I had called a week or two earlier, I could have avoided paying for another month of service. I had my Spectrum service on holiday hold until yesterday, because of T-Mobile screw up I will have an overlap in internet bill payment.

One-Month-On-Us
they messed up this one for me as well. I called but still didnt hear back from them.

I filled rebate form like week 3. since then its been 5 weeks. I will be entering month 3 in two days. I guess I need one more month of the service right?

Btw, any other cashback sites, clicking to them would make my $300 VISA ineligible for me? I think I got some cashback from another site.

I would call them back on the One-Month-On-Us; the customer service agent credited me for one month of service while I was on the call with them.

According to T-Mobile, you only had to have 60 days of continuous service to be eligible for the promotion, while it would take 14 weeks from date of submission to process the rebate. While on the call for the free month, I would ask them to check your rebate status for the $300 VISA, just to be pro-active.

Regarding other cashback site, I got cashback from Capital One and it should not invalidate the $300 VISA.

https://promotions.t-mobile.com

It's supposed to be the same link as the one to submit your promotion, but I think it's better to call customer service and have them check it for you. In my case, I was not able to navigate it to check my status, so I just ended up calling customer service.
