They won't give you the rebate. Look at all the recent posts on other thread. They play games, make up random problems that didn't happen and make you wait months

Edit: Some of you replied you keep screenshots and always get yours. I'm not new to this. I've done it before also. This time they really put up a fight and gaslighted me. They even resubmitted my rebate and created a new entry ID offer after the one I applied for was supposedly ineligible, the new one is currently still pending after two weeks. I signed up beginning of Dec....

Agreed! Shitty ass practices! Verizon is the same, never got my free Meta Quest 3S. Returned the gateway and they still charged me for the service and the gateway! Customer service is awful, they don't do their job, they say they'll get everything fixed and just keep you on hold!

Received the email for my $300 promotion yesterday. It was a MasterCard and not a VISA. It gave an option to add to Apple Wallet which I did. They processed quicker than I expected; I called on 4/16 and got the email link on 4/18. Considering the experiences of others trying to get their $300 rebate, my experience has been less frustrating.
Now let me see about cancelling this upcoming month's service. I'll have to see if they pro-rate it.

FYI: If you want to avoid the hassle of keeping track of the balance on the debit card or rejection of card, then I would suggest transferring the balance to your bank account. It was mentioned previously in this thread. It is very easy to do, on the top right hand corner of the debit card page, there will be 3 lines. Click on that and a drop down menu will appear with the Transfer Funds option. Click on that and enter your bank info.

Quote from ronin :
I would call them back on the One-Month-On-Us; the customer service agent credited me for one month of service while I was on the call with them.

According to T-Mobile, you only had to have 60 days of continuous service to be eligible for the promotion, while it would take 14 weeks from date of submission to process the rebate. While on the call for the free month, I would ask them to check your rebate status for the $300 VISA, just to be pro-active.

Regarding other cashback site, I got cashback from Capital One and it should not invalidate the $300 VISA.
Thank you, I got my rebate as of yesterday.
It has not been 14 weeks yet but I guess its okay to cancel as I spent the rebate already?
