If you're using well water to wash, add a sediment filter to your water supply to prevent damage to the pump. Do some occasional maintenance such as changing the oil to the pump and the engine. Winterize your unit, fuel, pump, and gun.

Woot keeps having the much larger Simpson 4 gallon per minute 4400 PSI unit for $499. But the comments say that the engine and pump aren't great. Does this one have a better engine and pump?
