Everything is a paperweight when it fails but in this case, I agree. The reviews for this product on Amazon aren't so great. I've been through Segway support before (on another item) and it took them about 6 months for them to do stuff (even with constant calling every week). I would be frustrated too if the BMS on this battery suddenly couldn't manage how to charge.
For electrical products, I would stick to vendors who do only that (EcoFlow, etc). I bet that the technical support at Segway doesn't have enough knowledge on batteries to help when the need comes.
