This or a Wendy's classic chicken sandwich? Sodium not a concern. Based on the serving size, each cookie has 1g of protein, so you'd need a whole bag and part of another to equal the protein in a chicken breast.

Wonder how many people were bamboozled - saw the buzzwords and the high protein and thought it was a fine choice?

I sure was 😆 (and that's on me!)

Also, I don't know if it was the wrapping or the cookie itself, but there was a strong chemical smell from the mint cookie I tried. 🤢
