I currently have the LG Gram (2022 model) and the fan blows a little too hard with mild usage due do its thinness. Would this give the same issue?

Snapdragon + windows = Compatibility issues. All the battery life advantage is gone when you install x86 apps (non native app = emulation kills battery), unless you find the Arm-native version, which is hit or miss, mostly miss currently.
