The Lytes have erythritol in it. Made me extremely nauseous. Zero sugar is made with stevia. Much better on the gut.

I think they changed the ingredients not too long ago and swapped the erythritol with allulose.

The fruit punch is the best of the lot with Bodyarmor Zero. The orange and lemon lime are both terrible and the cherry lime is not great since their recent formula change.
