As an OLED user for the last few years on my primary displays, the M7 is bright enough that we turned it down and has surprisingly great contrast even at wider viewing angles. I'm not sure on the actual nits but I would imagine it's 450+
So far the video processing and upscaling seems to be smooth, overly sharp for sure to compensate I imagine but we haven't thrown a wide variety of content at it yet. Only okay with sports as the motion handling could be better.
Google TV OS has the occasional hiccup but is much snappier than my expectations. My only other experience with this OS is on my JMGO N1S Ultra which lags throughout the menus more often than not
Some color banding exists and blooming is definitely there during dark scenes, as to be expected for an entry-level MiniLED with not a lot of dimming zones.
On paper the QM5K is a better value with more features, especially at the low sale price, but it was unavailable near us for delivery anytime soon and we had a few Walmart giftcards.
I think this is the normal price and not a true sale, so I would expect more slick deal in the future on this
