I use this in coffee and lattes. It's a great flavor if you like the smell of lavender. I originally was hesitant with the lavender flavor, but on a whim tried a lavender latte on vacation and have been hooked ever since.

I use it typically with soda water. Think Dutch Bros or 7 Brew. The chains use Torani unless there's a shortage, and when they switch to DaVinci it's noticeably not as good, but at this price (if you actually get 4) it's worth it. It's good with just lavender, but I have a bunch of flavoring and mix. A popular combo is strawberry + lavender. It's also delicious with lemonade, lattes, or cocktails.

One of the tea places by my job uses this. But I dont think they use it in any of their offerings as a primary flavor, it's mixed in with other flavors, and one of the other flavors are the dominate flavor.
