The tops and bottom of sceen has been cut off to make it widescreen, it looks zoomed in. They should have kept this full screen.
But if that does not bother you, no big deal.
from alexa ai:
"Yes, the Bewitched: The Complete Series – 60th Anniversary Special Edition [Blu-Ray] has been heavily cropped from its original 4:3 format to fit widescreen 16:9 TVs.
Customers consistently mention this as a significant issue - the episodes lose parts of the original image on the top and bottom, and you get uncomfortably close shots with heads cropped off in close-ups. This isn't the original full frame version that many fans were hoping for."
Not sure if anyone else is wondering but…would this actually be an upgrade in image quality?
It's better quality than the DVDs, but it's cropped to make it fit your widescreen TV, so there's a lot of the image on top and bottom that you can't view. The alternative - if you want the best possible - is to buy the Australian "Imprint" set. Only about $500 USD before shipping/taxes, assuming they're in stock. They are just about perfection and based off of a 4K remaster done by Sony. Allegedly you can watch the 4K version on Hulu of all places... no 4K disc release at this time.

Hope they do improve picture quality though
