This promotion pairs early access Project Hail Mary tickets with a three month FanClub trial, and the movie itself is drawing strong interest thanks to the same screenwriter as The Martian. The deal can also be used for more than two seats, with the discount applying to two tickets while extra tickets can be added. The main issue is checkout, which repeatedly fails across browsers and devices for many carts. A workable path has been using private browsing, signing into both accounts, and sometimes adding a third ticket, though cancellation of the membership is reported to be quick.
Common Questions (5)
Yes. Multiple attempts across browsers, devices, payment cards, and theaters have failed, and support has reportedly flagged some accounts after repeated tries or said the promo may have a daily limit.
It can require 3 tickets in the cart for the promo to process, with the offer discounting only 2 of them. Some purchases went through only after adding a third ticket, while others still failed even with the 3-ticket approach.
A working setup is private browsing, accepting cookies, signing into both Amazon and Fandango, selecting the Monday March 16 Prime Member Early Access showing, and adding the FanClub offer during checkout. Firefox private mode with ad blockers turned off also worked for some purchases.
Yes. You can add more than 2 tickets, but the promotion only discounts 2 of them, so extra seats are charged normally.
Yes. The FanClub membership can be canceled online right after checkout, and the cancellation reportedly takes only a few seconds, which helps avoid renewal charges.
