About this Item:
- More power generation: Single-axis tracking mounts maximize efficiency by keeping your solar panels facing the sun at all times. Single-axis tracking mounts can boost the power generation of solar panels by at least 30% compared to traditional fixed solar mounts.
- 270° adjustment: The single-axis tracking mounting system allows light sensors and controllers to work together to push the rods through 270° of angular adjustment so that the solar panels always follow the sun's rotation, absorbing solar energy from the north-southeast and north-west, thus generating more power.
- For different panels: The single-axis tracking racking system is also suitable for different sizes of solar panels. Up to 4 panels can be installed when width of each is less than 22in. Up to 3 panels can be installed when width of each is less than 29.5in. Up to 2 panels can be installed when width of each is less than 44.8in. You can install the board according to the actual needs.
- Stability & installation: Stability of single-axis tracking mounts still deserves your attention. Wind resistance level >L8 and pressure resistance >5400PA are sufficient for most environmental conditions. In addition, the installation is very easy and requires only 4 simple steps: ① Use expansion screws to fix the base ② Connect the A-E rods and actuators to the main pole ③ Installing the Controller ④ Installation of solar panels.
- Easy to use: The setup is very easy, you only need to operate the controller to complete the control of the single axis tracking bracket system. SET Button - Automatically track the solar mode. FLAT(M) Button - Automatic flat bracket mode.

This single axis solar tracker is mainly about squeezing more output from limited space, especially for ground mounts or roof replacements where drilling is already planned. The controller can lay the array flat in low sun or high wind, and the actuators have held up for more than a year in some setups. The tradeoff is that wind, maintenance, and eventual motor failure are recurring concerns, and the space it needs can rival simply adding another panel. For many layouts, extra panels still look like the simpler path.
The tracker can improve afternoon solar output when panels are placed in the field instead of drilling many roof holes.
The controller can lay the array flat when sun is not shining or when wind exceeds a programmable value.
The actuators may keep working for over a year, with motors restarting after a jam and re-wiring.
The tracker can be repurposed to hold a Fresnel lens for a solar oven.
Wind loading can be a serious concern because small motors may struggle in strong winds or hurricane-level gusts.
The single-axis tracker may deliver less value than simply adding another solar panel for higher total output.
Eco-Worthy panels included or paired with these kits may show poor performance or damage in the laminate, including cell chunks breaking off.
The tracking approach can add practical friction because wind-speed limits require removing panels and the process is described as a pain.
