Yes, but it is not a long-term replacement.

Cats require nutrients that they get from the bones and organs that aren't included in human food. It's definitely better than no food, but your cat will need actual cat food

On the other hand, of dealing with a cat with CKD that won't eat the prescription foods, this is a viable component (don't use it by itself, consult a vet if possible, follow professionally vetted instructions) for a homemade solution. The lower sodium version would be better, though.

This has skin and bones so it will have some of those nutrients you are referring to.

Of course! But as others have mentioned, this should be complemented by other foods so the cat gets balanced nutrition.
