Very 1st Snap On tool purchase was duckbill pliers at $20. Current price, $85.25. That's a spicy inflation. Buy the Proto's instead they are still made in the USA.

They're used for anything you can do just as well with a pliers or a needle-nose pliers. Get that wallet out though, you need this.

They are better for certain tasks than needle nose pliers, but a friendlier way of making the point you just said is if you don't know what these are good for then you don't need them.
