Check out allthingsoneplace for quality reviews of tons of chargers. I'm not sure he has tested this one though.
Stay the hell away from these, they are a major fire and electrocution risk since they lack any accessible safety certification documentation.
Even Chinese people don't buy chargers that are this cheap within China.

It really is hit or miss, but not too many of these catch on fire. But I only use the cheap ones for low power draw uses and when I'm there to watch them.
These particular ones don't seem to be UL or ETL listed. That should be concerning.

Apparently you've never been to China. Markets there have 260w USB C chargers for about $2. (Actual total output of the charger may be more like 30-40w split among multiple ports 🤣.) And I have a good 35w charger bought in China that actually does 35w ... and it cost less than $1 IIRC.
