Magnesium Threonate is going to be the higher tier with possible cognitive benefits, but this is still a decent way to get the sedative effect of magnesium. Didn't see where the factory was located with Insignia Creations just being the North American distributor, but a pretty interesting fact is that China produces 95% of the world's primary magnesium...

This feels like a general catch all pill that might be good for the money it costs. I also think Glycinate is better in this because it's a cortisol supplement that adds Ashwagandha for the calm. Thereonate is better for the mental side but Glycinate will help support the stomach better and the mind a bit.

Not crazy about this combo, cause I take Magnesium every day, but only take Ashwagandha 2 to 3 times a week. I'd be so spaced out if I took it every day.

PrimeMD on Amazon sounds about as trustworthy as a guy with a hole in his brain and a talk show doctor telling you that vaccines and Tylenol are bad but the thing they just so happen to be selling is a panacea. No money-making scheme going on there, I'm sure.

No one said Tylenol is just "bad." Even the manufacturer says they shouldn't be taken during pregnancy.
