The price, though, is far from being a hot deal.
Realize this is USB4 certified, not just a generic 240W USB-C cable, which usually meet the 240W spec for charging but have low data rate. The use case for this would be going to a USB-C dock with multiple monitors out.
Note that if in your example you're driving a 4k60Hz display it's only consuming about 12-13Gbps of bandwidth, so there's tons of overhead and the link may only be 20Gbps if using USB4/Thunderbolt or 4x HBR2 5.4Gbps if using DisplayPort alt mode.
