This is sold by Fosi and it ships from a USA warehouse. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the listing page you can see who the seller is "Fosi Audio Flagship Store"
The only listing for the ZD3 I could find, didn't ship from a USA warehouse and I think SD only allows Aliexpress links if it ships from a USA warehouse.

The only listing for the ZD3 I could find, didn't ship from a USA warehouse and I think SD only allows Aliexpress links if it ships from a USA warehouse.
There's also the Wiim Ultra pre-amp which has more features and connectivity options, available both on Ali Express (if you're ok with the longer shipping time) and on Amazon (if you want it pronto and don't mind paying an extra $90 or so for that).
