I bought one of these recently from Amazon when it was on sale for $169. It is an excellent deal for size of the battery and features you get. However, the box came pretty beat up, one of the four long main screws that old it together was completely unscrewed and floating around in the box, and the overload switch was not secured to the case, it was just floating inside the unit. There may be quality control issues. I tried to initiate a return and they do not accept returns for these large LifPo4 batteries due to shipping liability/laws. Amazon just refunded me the full price without returning it. YMMV

Only found 1 actual on Youtube but seems like a good budget 500 Wh unit. One gimmicky feature I like is the light bar can be set to react to sound, gonna give it a try for one-fitty.

Same exact thing happened to me when I bought it last week. One lose screw from the bottom and the reset switch is loose inside the power station. Amazon refunded me the full amount. It turns on and charges, but I am not sure if it is safe to use.

FedEx required signature upon delivery, but everytime I have issues with a condition of the item, it is always FedEx.

So I also had the one screw completely loose inside the box. How long did you guys charge the unit via AC cord before use? My unit hit 99% and still charging for at least 20-30 mins..

While shipping with Fedex has become a joke, those issues don't sound like they would be caused by abusive shipping, and miracle or miracles, it sounds like they got it to your address.
