$225 for a 3070 is the going rate, and they have more reliable GDDR6 for what are likely used mining GPUs that failed and were returned within warranty. This for $250 would be a real deal, it's a gamble going for GDDR6X, and there's only a 90 day warranty. Refurb'd 6800XT go for $300, so ZOTAC isn't exactly making this appealing.
I bought a Zotac 3070 Ti renewed from their eBay shop about 1.5 years ago. I think it was around $380 back then. It has been a solid performer. I under-volted it a bit and it runs nice and cool with no issues. Been dragging my feet about getting a 5070Ti but now it's just too expensive. I may get a new 5070 at some point. I really just need a little more VRAM.
Up until a few months ago Zotac had some really good deals on refurb 3000 Series GPUs. I picked up a two-slot half height 3050 6GB for $110 for an office PC upgrade. Their stock rotates but prices have definitely gone up recently. I'm pretty sure they had regular 3070 models at & 200.
