The porcelain is really smooth and nice.
Because it's tankless, it actually is 1" shorter than my old American Standard round bowl toilet from the wall. So I gained 1" of space in the bathroom.
If the temperature drops below 40*F, the internal heater turns on to keep the pipes from freezing (cool feature if the furnace fails and I'm not home).
Comes with a child seat adapter, wax ring, flange, flange bolts, floor template, connection hose, shut-off valve and escutcheon; they did not leave anything to chance.
