For anyone who is obssessed with getting Dirac Live room correction but doesn't want to get price-gouged for it, this is the best deal available at the moment...if you can possibly NOT DIE from the fact that it was released 4 years ago not yesterday. 😆 (Or if you simply want to be able to run 9 channels---otherwise just pay a lot less for a 7 channel receiver.)

Rz30 comes on sale for same price pretty often especially with the revamp of the models rz30 and rz50 on the horizon. Rz30 has independent dual subs and includes Dirac Live Full Bandwidth as standard equipment, meaning it can correct acoustic issues across the entire frequency spectrum
Unless something has changed the NR7100 Dirac Live implementation has limitations. It primarily focuses on lower frequencies and doesnt offer the full-bandwidth correction making the rz30 far superior for the price
the RZ30 supports an optional upgrade called Dirac Live Bass Control (DLBC) on top of that all 6 hdmi ports are hdmi 2.1 at 40gbs

Nice price for this but the rz30 has been seen many times same or around the same price

Agreed. Why would anyone buy this in 2026 when the RZ30 has been going for about the same price, is newer, and has pre-outs?

Note also that the seller in this deal is Acoustic Sound Design Inc. and not Amazon (despite Amazon shipping)!

RZ30 went down to 700. Actually 749 and 799 are quite regular deals for RZ-30. It really is better and cheaper. NR7100 needs 549-599 to be considered as a deal.

Sadly, no...best you can do is the Denon X1700 at $600 new from Amazon, or $500 "renewed" from them. Tariffs have really pushed AVR prices way up in the past year.
