This 34 inch LG UltraWide is framed as a strong budget work monitor, especially for home office use and multitasking. The 120 hertz curved display gets praise for being solid and very thin, and the open box units are said to have under 250 hours of use. The main tradeoffs are the VA panel and 1800R curve, which are not for everyone. The price looks especially attractive versus new pricing around $300, with extra discounts sometimes available through TIME2SAVE or ID.me. A practical pick if the panel type and curve suit your setup.
Common Questions (5)
Yes. The 34U62TB-B uses a VA panel and has an 1800R curve. That makes it a better fit for buyers who want contrast and a curved ultrawide layout, but it may be a poor choice if you specifically want IPS.
Yes. The code TIME2SAVE should take another 10% off for first-time buyers, and eligible ID.me users can also get 10% off on the seller's website rather than directly on eBay.
It is described as a solid work monitor and even the best work monitor ever by some users. The thin chassis can make multi-monitor alignment tricky, but it has been used successfully in a three-monitor workstation setup.
Yes. The monitor was noted as selling new for about $300 at Costco, so $189.99 is considered a strong price for the open-box unit. The deal looks especially better if an extra discount code applies.
Open-box units reportedly have under 250 hours of use time, and the hour count is visible in the LG monitor settings. A recent example showed 140 hours, while another open-box monitor from the same seller showed 0 hours.

Also just so everyone is aware, their open box deals have less than 250 hours of use time. You can see this number when you go into the LG monitor settings. A couple years ago when I bought a different monitor it had 0 hours. When we recently bought this one for a friend, it had 140 hours.
It is unclear from many sources that I found.
