I'm not receiving an additional 22% off with the WELCOMEBABY code. It's just changing my discount from 22% off to 26% off.

I'm trying to get the Formula Pro Mini which is already 22% off at $156 and the WELCOMEBABY promo code changes it to $148 at a 26% discount.
