No. I use it everyday. My ENT doc says use it everyday. It takes about 5 days to build up an work but stops working if you miss a day or two (thats what he said).

Just a heads up if you are a Sam's Club member you can get their Member's Mark brand generic version of this for $24 (occasionally on sale for $21) for 864 for sprays in 6 bottles. That's 2-3 cents per spray for generic compared to 14 cents per spray for the name brand with this deal.

Costco's generic is really cheap, even if you're not a member and pay the surcharge for non members.

No, these are not. I think the ones you're referring to are the Afrin decongestant sprays, which shouldn't be used for more than 3 days due to rebound congestion. Flonase is a nasal corticosteroid and can be used safely throughout the allergy season.Costco's generic is much cheaper, but my partner can never even get through one before they expire.

Light blue cap Sensimist? Less drip, no alcohol, non-scented. If you're prone to nose bleeds then Sensimist is recommended.

Just in time for spring Smilie
But also I find that using a non-drug nasal spray when I wake up and periodically throughout the day does just as good a job. Depends person to person of course
