I am looking for a tower with better cooling than mine(It has a glass panel that wraps the side and top. Would this be a good replacement? Or is there a better one that is cheaper?

The H9 is quite big and is probably overkill if all you want is "better" cooling. The H7 is a bit smaller and currently on sale for $80 on Amazon, eBay, and Best buy (or $70 for a version without RGB fans included). I just picked one up to replace my old S340 cause I want a bit more space to build with.

The main question is what exactly are you trying to "cool"? If you're CPU or GPU are running hot, the most effective solution would probably be a better water cooling solution for those components rather than slightly more airflow in your case.

H6 and H9 also require some modifications to accommodate Corsair Icue fans .

The h7 is plenty cool. The water coolers are on sale too.
