Best Buy has the same mouse on sale for the same price, but only 2 of the 4 color options (blue/black, blue/white). You can get a 20% off coupon if you have tech to recycle and bring the price down $8 to make it $32.

It's relatively easy to replace the switches, so these last even longer.

So far it's the only thumb trackball mouse that has worked well for me, most specifically the actual ball itself.

I even bought a Seenda trackball from Amazon, and almost everything was the exact same, exact the trackball no matter what was too slippery.
But as soon as I swapped the Ergo's trackball into the Seenda, no issues.

Currently that's the last "missing piece" of the thumb trackball puzzle for me, is figuring out what's special about the Ergo's trackball that has the correct balance of friction to catch the thumb's movements, but also not too sticky/dry so that it's really rough spinning the ball around.

Yes. All these do is move RSI from the wrist to the thumb, IMHO. The best thing to do is use a regular vertical mouse with a light touch in my experience. I use a vertical mouse at work and a touchpad at home to keep things varied.

If for any reason anyone decides to get rid of theirs, please recycle them at Staples or Best Buy 🙏

I use this and love it. Have the black/blue combo. No thumb issues yet after using it for a couple years but the left click is starting to go. Never had a white colored mouse before but I could imagine it getting gross looking pretty quickly if you have sweaty hands.

The company I worked for used these types of mice for the controllers on their industrial lasers. I used them for 10 years before retiring and then for 16 years after retiring. I've never had a problem.

I can't use regular mice for more than a few hours, so I've been using Logitech trackballs for 10+ years. I upgraded to the M575 from the wired trackball a few years ago($30 in 2023). It's been much more reliable, and I don't clean the trackball as much. The battery life is also really good. Only complaint is that it's too "flat", but you can buy or 3D print a riser to make it like the MX Ergo trackball.

I work in IT and I've been using this style trackball for the last 9 or 10 years without any issue.

I have this and older version wt Logitech branding. After 1.5 - 2 years, the infamous Logitech double-click issue. Had to replace the switch. Got 2 no-name rechargeable trackballs cheaper and no issues.
