I had this one and do not recommend. It has the electric motor at ground level and constantly gets plugged up with grass. Better to get one of the models (preferably a 60V version) with the motor up at the battery. The one I have now separates at the half-shaft to use other attachments, like edgers, hedge trimmers, etc.

I have had no issues with mine what so ever. It preforms like a champ. It seems to have enough power for being 20v. The only small complaint I have is I had to buy a bigger battery to get some good usage out of this.
