I have a few nicer keyboards (a Daring Run, Tofu 2.0, Agar) and I'll probably open this up to remove the foam adhered to the back to get a more subtle, cleaner sound.
I also had an issue with their spacebar being a bit too big and it was rubbing/sticking to the case. I reached out to support and they're shipping out a new spacebar. They responded in ~2 days, pretty good.
