Install Docker engine (https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/). I recommend installing Docker Compose as well.
Run Pihole's official Docker container (https://docs.pi-hole.net/docker/).
Change the settings for your home router to tell devices to use your Pi-hole for DNS. Odds are your router is getting DNS settings from your ISP, and it's passing the information along to your home devices.
Honestly, follow a guide online. In fact, a Raspberry Pi running Pi-hole (which has "Pi" in its name) is a such a common use case, there are probably hundreds of guides for exactly this.
As far as these kinds of things go, it's really simple. But if you are unfamiliar with installing and using Linux or Docker, the whole task is going to seem a lot more daunting. The 4 steps above are just high level instructions for what to do.
Also, you don't need a Raspberry Pi to run Pi-hole. Any mini PC or used laptop/desktop would work fine for this if you are just learning. So don't feel the need to get a Raspberry Pi just for this use case if you have easy access to cheap or free old computer hardware.
