I'd say the Bose QC. You can wear the Bose for long periods and barely know that they are there. These had significantly more clamping for me that caused some fatigue over time.

My youngest daughter has both these and Boss QC. She says hands down the Bose are the better headset. More comfortable and the ear pads last longer.
