The whole TCL is such a bad move for Sony.
All they needed to do is drop their prices to be more competitive with Samsung and they would have been okay.
The association with TCL is going to turn a bunch of people away from the Sony brand.

Thank you for that, I was unaware of the partnering. I'll have to move on current models. That was the plan but now for sure, I can't chalk up things to "oh I'll just get next year's model."

My A8H interface is annoyingly slow. The TV has been problems free but I'm not sure I'll buy another Sony TV.
Yes, i can use a streaming box but I shouldn't need to pay for another device if the software works correctly.
