Flip it over, attach a knob to the bottom center and you've got a melting dome for a griddle. Boom!

Most melting domes about this size are $15-20 each

It looks like the heavy duty one is about the same price. Should be thicker metal.

For those with Costco Business nearby, these exact same ones are $2.49 each. FYI, even regular accounts can shop at Business Center now, at least in my area
