I've owned several Patagonia bags like these and they are well-built using durable and robust materials. Patagonia also has an outstanding warranty that will take care of you years down the line.

No they won't. I have a nano puff jacket that I have been using for the past 5 years. It has strings coming out of all sides and it is slightly discolored. I took it to a Patagonia store and they told me this it is expected from nano puff and best they can do is recycle it and give me like 20% discount on the new one.

My experience is the opposite, I brought in my 2 layer goretex shell for repair, small hole and a bit worn out tricot around the waist, but they said they could warranty it instead. I paid for an upgrade basically the price difference between this shell and their flagship goretex pro shell. I've had ski pants repaired at least 3x too.

I got three of these for my family for walking the dogs/etc and they came in today and are of top quality. 17 bucks a pop and we all got cool tiny lil hip packs full up of tiny flashlights and extra poop bags.
