I have the hotdog version of this. It's okay, but I never use it. With Android anyway the Bluetooth has noticable lag, common issue with most Bluetooth controllers on android. You can use it wired. The triggers are not analog. If you like the looks, buy it. If function is more of a priority I would find something 8bitdo or similar. I love my 8bitdo pro 2 wired.

edit; I just picked it up, and finagled it. The d-pad is definitely not my favorite. L1 and R1 are pretty thin, but easy to feel for because they stick out a bit. Probably a solid little brother/sister controller. The licensing is probably the best part.
