Most Dollar (Seventy Five) Trees sell a generic with about 24 pills in the bottle. I do keep one of these tiny Dramamine bottles on hand because they are so travel friendly.

I keep a bottle of generic in my travel pack along with a sleep mask. For some reason theyre not working like they used to. Took a double dose last flight. nothing

Many of the generics sold in Amazon and other places are not working even if you take two or more! This is because of very poor quality control and some these tablets do not contain enough of the active ingredient.... Please be careful and provide your feedback.... We buy them thinking they are cheap but actually we are getting ripped off....

Unless they are counterfeit, I find this very hard to believe.I work in pharmaceutical drug development and for what you say is happening, is nearly impossible unless the are straight up counterfeit.Now yes, generics can be less effective than the name brand, but it's not because they contain less of the active than they claim. When buying generics make sure you are comparing with the same active ingredients. I am products two different active ingredients, perhaps the one active is more effective than the other for you.
