There are X870 boards for this price. So both a generation and a tier above for the same price. Also they have USB4 and Wi-Fi 7.
This isn't even B650E. No one should consider this or any other B650 board for less than $100 and probably less.

PCIE on a 650 is stuck @ 4.0, you will need 650e or higher for gpu 5.0
