Yes - monthly. the code itself worked but when submitting the order, it errors out. I called customer service - they said that a groupon code has already been used on this account, so a new code cannot be used.
"Purchase: Limit 1 per person(s), may buy 2 additional as gift(s). Valid for new members only."
So looks like they are now limiting it to new accounts only. Bummer.
