Soundcore Q20i over ear headphones are a budget pick for travel, planes, and noisy offices, with decent sound, solid battery life, and usable noise canceling for the price. They can also work well as a beater pair, and the frame has held up through drops in at least one long term use case. The main drawbacks are firmer fit than Bose or Sony, ear pads that can peel or disintegrate over time, and noise canceling that does not work over wired AUX. A practical low cost option if comfort and longevity are not the top priority.

Edit: Shipping adds $5 so better deal on white or black if you have prime. Otherwise you can get the blue or pink for $41

For my next pair I bought refurb Sony XM4s from Secondipity for $180 and they're still perfect 5 years later. I'd do that again instead of buying the cheap ones.
