Baseus BP1 NC earbuds are a budget pair best suited for casual listening, gym use, and quick Bluetooth pairing at around $16 to $20. The sound is generally decent, the transparency mode is useful, and the small size and fast connection are appreciated. ANC does work for some, but several reports describe only slight noise reduction, a constant hiss, or nearly no effect in quieter spaces.
