The XP46R is a heavy duty Coast rechargeable flashlight that stands out for very bright flood lighting and strong value at $20. It is all metal, feels well built, and can light up a whole backyard, with high mode lasting around three hours and turbo delivering a brief burst of extreme brightness. The beam focus is limited, so it behaves more like a flood light than a true spot beam. The battery is a proprietary Zithion X pack, though a 9 AAA cartridge exists for backup use without turbo. It is a compact, versatile carry light if you can find one in stock.
The flashlight can light up an entire back yard and deliver very strong brightness for the $20 clearance price.
The light body is described as all-metal and very heavy-duty, with a very bright display especially in turbo mode.
The High mode can run for hours while staying only mildly warm during use, which supports practical extended sessions.
The flashlight includes a lifetime warranty, which adds long-term coverage for emergency, garage, and car use.
The focus or zoom range is extremely limited, so the beam mostly behaves like a flood rather than a narrow spotlight.
Deal availability and pricing can vary by location, including cases where stores show clearance stock but ring up at a higher price.
The rechargeable battery system can be a practical hassle because the battery is described as proprietary and not a common 18650/21700 type.
Turbo mode appears to be very short, with runtime reported as under about a minute, which limits high-output use.

Once that fails it's surgery or trash.
And as we all know from SD, <100,000 lumens = "such trash".

I do like that it has a lifetime warranty...

Good luck!

Very well built, all metal, super heavy duty, but not too heavy. Display is nice, VERY bright, especially in turbo. Like others have stated, can't focus beam much. Basically just flood.
Overall a steal at $20.
Hopefully the proprietary battery holds up long term. They do sell a cartridge that holds 9 AAA batteries in the event of failure, although you can't use turbo with the AAA batteries.

Compared to other 2000 lumen lights that I have, it seems every bit of 8000 lumens. It gets VERY bright. I'm sure the 8000 claim is when in Turbo mode, which only lasts for a bit less than one minute. I'm shocked at how bright the High mode is (probably 4000 lumens) and I'm amazed that it can last for 3 hours at that setting.
I imagine that you could use this alone for home defense, as any intruder would most likely be blinded by it.
If you have a chance to grab one, it's a no brainer. If it doesn't somehow meet/exceed your expectations, you can always return it.
