Got it for the same price a year ago. I would not consider this a good deal unless you specifically want this version. I have the 51mm black version. If you want to preserve without scratches, go for the Titanium version instead. The black version can scratch relatively easy if you are active (weights at the gym for example).

Just so people don't get confused, this watch does have a titanium bezel. I'm assuming the person I'm replying to is saying to get the plain/raw titanium finish instead of this DLC finish. Even the raw titanium will get scratches relatively easily, though it does do a better job of hiding the small ones than the black DLC does.

My actual advice would be that if you're even remotely afraid of getting scratches on this watch, then it probably isn't the watch for you. The epix and fenix lines are outdoor/adventure watches with capable fitness tracking built in. None of these watches can or should remain scratch free. But they're absolutely bomb proof and won't actually break/crack unless you do something truly ridiculous to them.
