What is the point? Won't Phillips cam out if used as an impact bit?
nope, I use it every single day.
i've seen this on here a bunch, people bitching about Phillips bits and "caming out"... trust me, it's you, not the bit/screw. hold your driver straight and you'll never have a problem.
and yes, as somebody else said... as long as you're using the right size bit for the screw. but that should honestly go without saying
thanks OP, more long bits at a good price are hard to come by.
side note:
these are especially nice if you like using screw holders on your bits... something like these[amazon.com] (not on sale currently, just reference)
