Sunblock with mineral active ingredients are much healthier than old school ones like this one which have a toxic stew of chemicals as their active ingredients.

Mineral (Barrier) Ingredients: Only zinc oxide and titanium dioxide are currently classified by the FDA as "generally recognized as safe and effective" (GRASE). These minerals sit on the skin's surface and are not typically absorbed into the bloodstream.
Traditional (Chemical) Ingredients: The FDA has requested more safety data for common chemical filters like oxybenzone, avobenzone, and octocrylene because they do not yet have the GRASE designation.
