This carpet cleaner stands out for deep cleaning carpets and pet messes, with repeated praise for its commercial feel, strong build, and ability to pull up dirt, grit, and stubborn stains. It is especially valued in homes with dogs or cats, and the Pet Pro version adds an upholstery tool and larger soap bottle. The main drawbacks are its weight and the effort needed for stairs or whole house use, plus a few reports of leaks or a faulty valve. A heavy duty pick for carpet owners who want serious cleaning power.
Common Questions (5)
It cleans carpets very well and is especially effective for pet households, pulling up dirt, grit, and urine odors that smaller spot cleaners miss. It can save carpet after accidents and is described as a commercial-quality machine for home use.
Use warm water, not extra hot water, because hot water can cause leaking or spraying issues on first use. A practical cleaning tip is to spray detergent directly on the carpet, then run the machine with clean water on the final pass to avoid leaving soap behind.
Yes, it is heavy and takes real effort to move, especially up and down stairs or when cleaning multiple rooms. It is not like vacuuming; for whole-house use it can feel like a full-body workout, so smaller jobs may be better suited to a lighter spot cleaner.
It reportedly goes on sale only once or twice a year, and recent price checks showed it was lower only once in the last two years by about $20. That makes this deal close to the best available price for many shoppers.
The Pet Pro version adds an upholstery tool and a larger 48 oz soap bottle, while the main machine is otherwise the same as the standard model in color, handle, brushes, and power. The code works on both models, and the Pet Pro was described as only about $20 more.

When my dog got a bladder infection and i didn't notice she was peeing in the house it SAVED my carpet. It smelled so bad because I didn't catch it for a couple days and I've straight stuck my nose in the spots where she would do it and this thing saved the day.
Best non-professional carpet cleaner you can get.

Absolute shit service. They wanted me to drive like 40 miles to an authorized repair place to see if it would be covered by warranty. I gave up and just ordered the valve off Amazon or something for around $20 or something like that.
